Gerald Mekongo vs Montgomery Tataw

Boxing Daily Report from the Hamidou Promotions promoted show at Mortimer Peyrefitte Gym, Garoua,  taking place on 16/10/2022:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CRTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gerald Mekongo (13(1) - 1) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Montgomery Tataw(9 - 1) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Both Mekongo and Tataw weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michel Ekwe, and the three ringside judges are Laramie Bill, Luc Meyong and Bruce Kamgaing.
