Verity Simon vs Mashawn Assifuah

Boxing Daily Report from the Lamptey Promotions promoted show at Accra Dotse, Accra,  taking place on 12/11/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Verity Simon (11 - 0) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Mashawn Assifuah(11 - 1) from Achiaman, Ghana.  Both Simon and Assifuah weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harvey Akrobettoe, and the three ringside judges are Usi Boakye, Gazi Satter and Obiajulu Alhassan.
