Franco Cordova vs Yago Bermudes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Santiago promoted show at Santiago Gym, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 19/12/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Franco Cordova (10 - 1) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Yago Bermudes(9 - 1) from Los Alcarrizos, Dominican Republic.  Cordova weighed in at 115 pounds, while Bermudes weighed in at 114 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ivan Laris, and the three ringside judges are Rogelio Coca, Juan Minjarez and Ivan Laris.
