Joaquin Monforte vs Ponce Aguiniga

Boxing Daily Report from the Vilakazi Promotions promoted show at Alejandro Garcia Gym, Puente Alto,  taking place on 27/12/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Chile Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Joaquin Monforte (5 - 5 - 3) who hails from Valparaiso, Chile and Ponce Aguiniga(9 - 4 - 1) from La Florida, Chile.  Monforte weighed in at 114 pounds and 7 ounces, while Aguiniga weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Escoto, and the three ringside judges are Antonio Vasquez, Carlos Ramos and Quico Feliciano.
