Brendan Alcorn vs Mel Hosack

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Guyana-North promoted show at Georgetown Magnus, Georgetown,  taking place on 29/12/2022:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Guyana-North Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brendan Alcorn (7 - 3 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Mel Hosack(3 - 0 - 2) from Georgetown, Guyana.  Both Alcorn and Hosack weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Patrick Goldring, and the three ringside judges are Jasper Harkness, Oliver Evan and Gareth Neild.  

Round 1:
