Boxing Daily Report from the Handila Promotions promoted show at Santiago de los Caba Rivera, Santiago de los Caballeros,  taking place on 17/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Dominican Republic-Santiago Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montel Resendez (8 - 1) who hails from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic and Cipriano Nery(6 - 2 - 3) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Both Resendez and Nery weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Javier Renteria, and the three ringside judges are Esteban Favela, Rogelio Sagun and Joaquin Bacallao.
