Robert Alport vs Dakarai Kyobe

Boxing Daily Report from the Manyama Promotions promoted show at Nathan Chiume Gym, Kampala,  taking place on 02/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Alport (2 - 6 - 3) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Dakarai Kyobe(4 - 6 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Alport and Kyobe weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Kaana, and the three ringside judges are Ian Koreta, Jack Mugo and Salim Tusabe.  

Round 1: 

Kyobe manages to force Alport into a neutral corner.  Kyobe sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a cross.
