Clint Moore vs Ricky Boas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Burnaby Gove, Burnaby,  taking place on 18/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Clint Moore (12 - 0 - 1) who hails from Richmond, Canada and Ricky Boas(8 - 1 - 1) from Montreal, Canada.  Moore weighed in at 134 pounds and 11 ounces, while Boas weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Peairs, and the three ringside judges are Mark Jones, Sam Mortimer and James Clelland.

Boas is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Boas lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS MOORE TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Boas!
