Diego Escovedo vs Oihane Cosme

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Angel Frias Gym, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Escovedo (10(1) - 1) who hails from Manta, Ecuador and Oihane Cosme(6 - 1 - 5) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Escovedo and Cosme weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quiqui Rubi, and the three ringside judges are Venacio Riquelme, Pedro Solis and Alejandro Orona.  

Round 1: 

Escovedo advances into close range.  Escovedo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
