Perttu Varonen vs Juuso Kurkinen

Boxing Daily Report from the Folotiya Promotions promoted show at Finland-Uusimaa Gym, Helsinki,  taking place on 19/01/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Finland-Uusimaa Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nelonen, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Perttu Varonen (9 - 2 - 1) who hails from Vantaa, Finland and Juuso Kurkinen(7 - 4 - 1) from Vantaa, Finland.  Both Varonen and Kurkinen weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Niko Kumpula, and the three ringside judges are Veijo Arajarvi, Hannu Perko and Pekka Waisanen.  

Round 1:
