Valeri Zibens vs Borya Marpuke

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Latvia-Riga promoted show at Riga Sipols, Riga,  taking place on 25/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Latvia Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viasat Sport Baltic, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Valeri Zibens (4 - 2) who hails from Riga, Latvia and Borya Marpuke(5 - 0) from Riga, Latvia.  Zibens weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Marpuke weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Koldan Mazbralis, and the three ringside judges are Toma Pakalnieks, Luka Ozolitis and Yulian Smilduzieds.
