Oleos Chavarin vs Angel Velasquez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Julia de Burgos Park, Carolina,  taking place on 29/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Puerto Rico-Carolina Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oleos Chavarin (5 - 6) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Angel Velasquez(10 - 0 - 1) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Chavarin weighed in at 112 pounds, while Velasquez weighed in at 111 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isidro Razon, and the three ringside judges are Lorenzo Ballesteros, Vicente Lana and Joaquin Arena.  

Round 1: 

Velasquez feints a jab, and then drives a jab into Chavarin's body.
