Dumisani Maphatsoe vs Sam Bekker

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Ian Van Ryneveld Gym, Soweto,  taking place on 31/01/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dumisani Maphatsoe (2 - 4 - 4) who hails from Randburg, South Africa and Sam Bekker(2 - 8 - 1) from Tembisa, South Africa.  Both Maphatsoe and Bekker weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vuyisile Sekola, and the three ringside judges are Ubanwa Koranteng, Thomas Kotze and Tshepo Dikgacoi.
