Rodrigo Vita vs Juan Bernardez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cavite promoted show at Imus Cabauatan, Imus,  taking place on 07/02/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rodrigo Vita (6 - 5 - 1) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Juan Bernardez(8 - 3 - 1) from Dasmarinas, Philippines.  Vita weighed in at 126 pounds, while Bernardez weighed in at 125 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gervasio Maggay, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Atay, Jose Salire and Joey Dato.
