Bashir Aghababayev vs Elariz Aslanov

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Baku Noon, Baku,  taking place on 11/02/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bashir Aghababayev (10 - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Elariz Aslanov(5 - 6 - 2) from Sumqayit, Azerbaijan.  Both Aghababayev and Aslanov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alekber Ameen, and the three ringside judges are Huseinqulu Ismailov, Samad Farra and Hafiz Allahverdiev.  

Round 1: 

Aghababayev advances into close range.  Aslanov pivots to the left of his opponent.  Aghababayev lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
