William McQuire vs Leon Crowe

Boxing Daily Report from the Mthethwa Promotions promoted show at Ron Nixon Gym, Edinburgh,  taking place on 12/02/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport UK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are William McQuire (8 - 1) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Leon Crowe(8 - 0) from Birmingham, UK.  McQuire weighed in at 199 pounds and 7 ounces, while Crowe weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Peter Cullen, and the three ringside judges are Abdul Arif, William Cooper and Robert Priddy.  

Round 1: 

McQuire is on target with a cross.
