Vegas Panza vs Oihane Fuerte

Boxing Daily Report from the Djan Promotions promoted show at Antonio Saucedo Gym, Puebla,  taking place on 15/02/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Puebla Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vegas Panza (4 - 0) who hails from Puebla, Mexico and Oihane Fuerte(4 - 7 - 3) from Puebla, Mexico.  Panza weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces, while Fuerte weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xavier Puerta, and the three ringside judges are Diego Mar, Dimos Corrales and Diego Cuellar.  

Round 1: 

Panza tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a jab.  
Fuerte is looking to close the distance.  Panza pivots to the left of his opponent.  Fuerte tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

Fuerte is getting frustrated here.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref halts the action and sends Panza to the neutral corner.    He has a stern word with Fuerte and warns that a point will be deducted if he continues to foul.
