Leonardo Degollado vs Vicente Taveras

Boxing Daily Report from the Ntshangase Promotions promoted show at Valencia Marcello, Valencia,  taking place on 02/03/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Carabobo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leonardo Degollado (5 - 3 - 2) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Vicente Taveras(7 - 0) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Degollado weighed in at 147 pounds, while Taveras weighed in at 146 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jose Jordan, and the three ringside judges are Olindo Linan, Vicente Quintanar and Reyes Monico.  

Round 1:
