Davie Sherriff vs John Penrose

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New York State promoted show at New York City Abraham, New York City,  taking place on 02/03/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Mid Atlantic Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Davie Sherriff (8 - 0) who hails from Philadelphia, USA and John Penrose(6 - 4 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Sherriff and Penrose weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cristiano Grimaldi, and the three ringside judges are James McQueen, Enzo Pizzinato and Mark Elley.
