Mel Wheeling vs Owen Haxton

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Saint Catherine promoted show at Royal Lakes Complex, Spanish Town,  taking place on 23/03/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Jamaica Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mel Wheeling (9(1) - 1 - 1) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Owen Haxton(5 - 4(1) - 2) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Wheeling and Haxton weighed in at 140 pounds.
