Jayvyn Kiplitany vs John Korde

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Kalungi, Kampala,  taking place on 14/03/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Eastern African Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jayvyn Kiplitany (8 - 2 - 4) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and John Korde(9 - 3) from Kampala, Uganda.  Kiplitany weighed in at 239 pounds and 7 ounces, while Korde weighed in at 238 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dale Kayonga, and the three ringside judges are LeBron Omondi, Tavarius Tebazaalwa and Dave Ojara.
