Alfonso Betancur vs Fausto Romero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Antioquia promoted show at Universidad EAFIT, Medellin,  taking place on 20/03/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Betancur (10 - 2) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Fausto Romero(12 - 1) from Barranquilla, Colombia.  Betancur weighed in at 130 pounds, while Romero weighed in at 129 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Cara, and the three ringside judges are Xavion Amezquita, Fausto Sergio and Alejandro Rayo.
