Umair Ghannam vs Aftab Lahmar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Alger promoted show at Algiers Ghermati, Algiers,  taking place on 31/03/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Algeria-Alger Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal Algérie, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Umair Ghannam (9 - 0) who hails from Algiers, Algeria and Aftab Lahmar(8 - 4 - 2) from Algiers, Algeria.  Ghannam weighed in at 239 pounds and 14 ounces, while Lahmar weighed in at 253 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kamran Megherbi, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Maghnaoui, Majid Hammouche and Kamran Bacha.
