Jerrold Mato vs Cipriano Gordon

Boxing Daily Report from the Ntshangase Promotions promoted show at Valencia Marcello, Valencia,  taking place on 02/04/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Carabobo Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jerrold Mato (6 - 0) who hails from Valencia, Venezuela and Cipriano Gordon(10 - 2) from Valencia, Venezuela.  Mato weighed in at 135 pounds, while Gordon weighed in at 134 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Quintanar, and the three ringside judges are Felippe Ledo, Leonardo Prospero and Xabat Valentin.
