Khalid Abed vs Yasin Nawaz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI UAE-Ash Shariqah promoted show at Sharjah Mahmoud, Sharjah,  taking place on 13/04/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the UAE-Ash Shariqah Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Abu Dhabi Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Abed (10 - 1) who hails from Sharjah, UAE and Yasin Nawaz(8 - 3(1)) from Sharjah, UAE.  Abed weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces, while Nawaz weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saad Hamady, and the three ringside judges are Azam Huq, Danyaal Jarrar and Abdul Nassef.
