Keshawn Siulapwa vs Verlyn Musukwa

Boxing Daily Report from the Sangweni Promotions promoted show at Lusaka Sikatana, Lusaka,  taking place on 03/04/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zambia-Lusaka Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Keshawn Siulapwa (8 - 1) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Verlyn Musukwa(5 - 4 - 2) from Lusaka, Zambia.  Both Siulapwa and Musukwa weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rashon Mwanawasa, and the three ringside judges are Wayne Chimuka, Nwa Hamabilo and Floyd Mubu.  

Round 1: 

Siulapwa advances into close range and throws a left uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Siulapwa holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Siulapwa pushes his forearm into Musukwa's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
