Sam Headen vs Matthew Griffith

Boxing Daily Report from the Kanda Promotions promoted show at Stephen Mollison Gym, Richmond,  taking place on 15/04/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Headen (6 - 0) who hails from Richmond, Canada and Matthew Griffith(5 - 5 - 3) from Vancouver, Canada.  Headen weighed in at 129 pounds and 6 ounces, while Griffith weighed in at 129 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Clelland, and the three ringside judges are Paul Low, Noel Louis-Dreyfus and Spencer Clary.
