Ali Akbar vs Quaashie Acheampong

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Greater Accra promoted show at Accra Bariagher, Accra,  taking place on 19/04/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ali Akbar (13 - 1 - 2) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Quaashie Acheampong(8 - 0) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Akbar and Acheampong weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bilal Haider, and the three ringside judges are Razi Adusei, Ben Mayat and Kabonero Gyimah.
