Hayden Callender vs John Abbott

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Kingston promoted show at Kingston Smiles, Kingston,  taking place on 22/04/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Jamaica Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SportsMax, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hayden Callender (5 - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and John Abbott(6 - 3(3) - 1) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Callender weighed in at 174 pounds and 9 ounces, while Abbott weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Geoff Torrence, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Stater, Rob Nivison and Matthew Christopher.
