Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-NCR promoted show at Quezon City Malayang, Quezon City,  taking place on 28/04/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Philippines Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Saturnin Morejon (11 - 3) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Joaquin Valerio(5 - 3 - 3) from Pasig, Philippines.  Morejon weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Valerio weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ignado Rota, and the three ringside judges are Will Pinpin, Vicente Marahan and David Umagtang.
