Beau Hugo vs Merrill Ortega

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Senegal-Dakar promoted show at Gage Herard Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 30/04/2023:

Clearly AI Senegal-Dakar have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Beau Hugo (4 - 2) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Merrill Ortega(3 - 8 - 2) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Hugo and Ortega weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brigham Maunier, and the three ringside judges are Borden Gladieux, Holland Signate and Brigham Coly.  

Round 1: 

Hugo advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.
