Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Bourdillon, Kampala,  taking place on 02/05/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uganda Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Leeroy Akiror (11 - 0) who hails from Lira, Uganda and John Mutyaba(5 - 1 - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Akiror weighed in at 129 pounds And 8 ounces, while Mutyaba weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Waheed, and the three ringside judges are Robert Kabukuru, Zain Ahsan and Dale Kayonga.
