Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alabama promoted show at Sijabala Gym, Birmingham,  taking place on 15/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ian Ferguson (11(1) - 0) who hails from Birmingham, USA and Haider Abdou(9 - 2 - 2) from Houston, USA.  Ferguson weighed in at 125 pounds and 5 ounces, while Abdou weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Guilliams, and the three ringside judges are Jonathan Reid, Owen Leckie and James Younie.
