Niels Knoblauch vs Niels Arntz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Denmark-Region Midtjylland promoted show at Aarhus Damm, Aarhus,  taking place on 03/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Denmark-Region Midtjylland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Niels Knoblauch (11 - 0) who hails from Aarhus, Denmark and Niels Arntz(3 - 7 - 6) from Aarhus, Denmark.  Both Knoblauch and Arntz weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ulick Jeppsen, and the three ringside judges are Carolus Helgesen, Quinby Bornhoft and Ib Borum.  

Round 1: 

Knoblauch gets on the inside.  Arntz tries to land a left hook, but Knoblauch sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.

Knoblauch closes the distance and throws a left uppercut, but is unable to find the target.  Knoblauch ties up his opponent.  Knoblauch throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Knoblauch lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Knoblauch throws a right uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Knoblauch connects with a solid right hook.  
Knoblauch lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Knoblauch steps inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  Knoblauch ties up his opponent.  Knoblauch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Knoblauch tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Arntz behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Knoblauch.

Arntz throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.
