Angel Mercedes vs Joaquin Brizuela

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Argentina-Tucaman promoted show at San Miguel de Tucuma Cortinas, San Miguel de Tucuman,  taking place on 18/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Argentina-Córdoba Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Mercedes (11 - 2 - 1) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Joaquin Brizuela(6 - 5 - 5) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Mercedes weighed in at 244 pounds and 11 ounces, while Brizuela weighed in at 228 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rico Chavera, and the three ringside judges are Juan Javier, Gonzalo Estacio and Ramiro Artiga.
