Afon Aslanov vs Gennady Gharylcassyn

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uzbekistan-Samarqand promoted show at Samarqand Orujov, Samarqand,  taking place on 12/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Uzbekistan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Uzbek Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Afon Aslanov (12 - 1 - 1) who hails from Toshkent, Uzbekistan and Gennady Gharylcassyn(8 - 2 - 1) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Aslanov weighed in at 125 pounds and 3 ounces, while Gharylcassyn weighed in at 126 pounds.
