Shane Monahan vs Sam Coupar

Boxing Daily Report from the Mzima Promotions promoted show at Paul Cochrane Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 19/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Celtic Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shane Monahan (10 - 1 - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Sam Coupar(10 - 3(1)) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Monahan and Coupar weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Roy Spalding, and the three ringside judges are Mark McClellan, Rob Nesmith and Charlie Brisbane.
