Carlos Pelaez vs Neper Magallanes

Boxing Daily Report from the Raisian Promotions promoted show at Baltasar Estremera Gym, Ensenada,  taking place on 26/05/2023:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Pelaez (8 - 1 - 1) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Neper Magallanes(7 - 0) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Pelaez weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces, while Magallanes weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Senon Andrada, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Ponce, Joaquin Macario and Carlos Leano.
