Ali Bokhari vs Nelson Uwak

Boxing Daily Report from the Chirambo Promotions promoted show at Chirambo Gym, Kano,  taking place on 27/05/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Kano State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ali Bokhari (9 - 4) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Nelson Uwak(8 - 4 - 3) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Bokhari and Uwak weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gbolahan Adenaike, and the three ringside judges are Jay-Jay Ukaegbu, James Obekpa and Chinedu Shekari.
