Waleed Abbas vs Zafa Jalili

Boxing Daily Report from the Douna Promotions promoted show at Mecca Alqurtubi, Mecca,  taking place on 31/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia-West Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waleed Abbas (8(2) - 0) who hails from Taif, Saudi Arabia and Zafa Jalili(12 - 1) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Abbas weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Jalili weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amjad Hannah, and the three ringside judges are Azam Abdallah, Rashid Basha and Ibrahim Zaccour.
