Desiderio Manrique vs Joaquin Rodriguez

Boxing Daily Report from the Muniru Promotions promoted show at Madrid Corchado, Madrid,  taking place on 31/05/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Spain-Comunidad de Madrid Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Desiderio Manrique (11 - 1) who hails from Alcala de Henares, Spain and Joaquin Rodriguez(7 - 3) from Madrid, Spain.  Manrique weighed in at 140 pounds, while Rodriguez weighed in at 139 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ulises De la Fuente, and the three ringside judges are Venacio Bazan, Francisco Delgadillo and Xaverius Cordero.
