Spencer Makumbi vs Xayvion Zirimu

Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Kampala Matovu, Kampala,  taking place on 02/06/2023:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Uganda-Kampala District Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Spencer Makumbi (9 - 2 - 1) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Xayvion Zirimu(7 - 3 - 2) from Kampala, Uganda.  Makumbi weighed in at 125 pounds and 2 ounces, while Zirimu weighed in at 125 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chata Saleh, and the three ringside judges are Jevonte Olinga, Shayan Waheed and Usi Matembe.
