Santiago Angeles vs Agapetus Laverde

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Santiago de Cuba promoted show at Cuba-Santiago de Cuba Gym, Santiago de Cuba,  taking place on 15/06/2023:

Clearly AI Cuba-Santiago de Cuba have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Santiago de Cuba Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Angeles (2 - 6 - 2) who hails from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and Agapetus Laverde(9 - 2) from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.  Angeles weighed in at 146 pounds and 1 ounces, while Laverde weighed in at 147 pounds.
