Boxing Daily Report from the Burja Promotions promoted show at Acheampong Gym, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 16/06/2023:

Clearly Burja Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paco Baquero (9 - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Jaguar Lavin(7 - 3) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Baquero and Lavin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Menendez, and the three ringside judges are Reynaldo Arias, Ivan Vasques and Reynaldo Arellanes.
