Luigino Sospiri vs Fillipo Romano

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Tuscany promoted show at Bernardo Cappucci Gym, Florence,  taking place on 21/06/2023:

Clearly AI Italy-Tuscany have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Italy-Tuscany Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luigino Sospiri (4 - 3 - 6) who hails from Prato, Italy and Fillipo Romano(5 - 3 - 1) from Prato, Italy.  Both Sospiri and Romano weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vico Agostino, and the three ringside judges are Vittore Bortone, Vico Trupia and Nico Pagliuzzi.  

Round 1: 

Sospiri steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Romano blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Romano advances into close range.  Sospiri pivots from in front of his opponent andRomano wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sospiri dabs at his face checking for damage.  Sospiri has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.
