Kai Fallen vs Mark Perepe

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at North Shore Cowman, North Shore,  taking place on 26/06/2023:

Clearly Simasiku Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kai Fallen (8 - 3) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Mark Perepe(8 - 4) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Fallen weighed in at 111 pounds and 10 ounces, while Perepe weighed in at 111 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Booth, and the three ringside judges are Kieran Beynon, Hani Rarere and Robert Smillie.  

Round 1: 

Perepe closes the distance.  Fallen hits home with a left hook.
