Huang-fu Tjia vs Quon Qu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shandong promoted show at Quon Yu Gym, Jinan,  taking place on 09/07/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the China-Jiangsu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Huang-fu Tjia (9 - 2 - 3) who hails from Xuzhou, China and Quon Qu(5 - 7 - 3) from Wuxi, China.  Both Tjia and Qu weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lei Sui, and the three ringside judges are Quon Ooi, Yuan Huo and Bing Hai.  

Round 1: 

Tjia steps to the outside and lands a jab.  
Qu drives a left hook into Tjia's body.  
Qu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tjia's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Qu's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Tjia steps to the outside.  Qu feints a jab, tricking Tjia into throwing a right hook counter.  Qu springs the trap and counters with  a cross.  
Tjia sidesteps to the right of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.
