Santiago Labuga vs Leonel Rochel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Laguna promoted show at San Pedro Bandigas, San Pedro,  taking place on 30/06/2023:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Labuga (10 - 2) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Leonel Rochel(9 - 1 - 1) from Santa Rosa, Philippines.  Labuga weighed in at 115 pounds, while Rochel weighed in at 114 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nemesio Castrillo, and the three ringside judges are Rogelio Brazil, Xavier Sicat and Cuba Villescas.
