Mark Kalenga vs Kaleb Chepkok

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zambia-Lusaka promoted show at Lusaka Ngenda, Lusaka,  taking place on 13/07/2023:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Eastern African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mark Kalenga (9(2) - 3 - 1) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Kaleb Chepkok(12 - 3 - 1) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Kalenga weighed in at 135 pounds, while Chepkok weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Uba Mwikuta, and the three ringside judges are Ben Chiputa, Kyrone Chibiya and Uba Mwikuta.
