Takeo Sera vs Chul Min

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-South Chungcheong promoted show at Sangnok Convention Center Auditorium, Cheonan,  taking place on 16/07/2023:

Clearly AI South Korea-South Chungcheong have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the East Asian Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports Korea, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Takeo Sera (14(3) - 1(1) - 1) who hails from Ichikawa, Japan and Chul Min(12(2) - 1(1)) from Cheonan, South Korea.  Both Sera and Min weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ju-young Yeo, and the three ringside judges are Hyun-soo To, Chae-min Bae and Chul Choe.
